Lady GaGa wows with big beats, bluesy surprises

by DJDark on Mar.16, 2009, under Music News

Even before "queen of all media" Perez Hilton took the stage and proclaimed her "the new princess of pop," Lady GaGa showed she’s a serious contender to Madonna’s crown Friday at the Wiltern.

She might be a relative newcomer, but the artist born Stefani Joanne Germanotta commanded the stage with a royal air during her hour-long set, at times even sporting a glowing scepter.

Nelly Furtado Launches Indie Label

by DJDark on Mar.16, 2009, under Music News

Taylor points out that Furtado has close ties to the band, noting that two members are her backup dancers.

Furtado says she never considered introducing the Nelstar imprint via her label, Interscope.

Okay…

by DJDark on Mar.16, 2009, under Site News

Sorry about there being no news posts or even posts relating to qR the past few weeks, been busy.

I should have the new session ready for this summer, if not, well like I said, no regular release schedule anymore :P (though we never had one before.).
